Married ten years and we are off for a vacation. Just the two of us! Mark, after all of these years, still can't spell my middle name right! I thought it was funny! Good thing they do not check middle names when you travel!
The town in which we stayed!
The view: The peak of Nantucket sound
What the Pilgrims said after sailing for 66 days at sea, "Land Ho!"
No, we didn't wind surf...but we did watch!

This was a baby humpback whale who was playing
We saw a Minke whale and over a hundred Atlantic white sided dolphins! I put my camera away and just watched them play. An experience that was amazing!
The towns were small. All mom and pop stores. Each house had a boat in the driveway!
Had to climb a lot of steps
Darn right I got my sticker!!!
Lobster roll and fried oysters!
Truro Vineyards has been in existence since 1992 but the house and the estate date back nearly two centuries.
In 1991 the first 2,000 vines were planted. It is the only vinifera growing vineyard in the region. Its sandy soil, warm ocean breezes and temperate climate combine to produce grapes with intense flavor and lush varietal character. On the 5 acre farm they grow Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc and Merlot, all of which are hand-picked come harvest time. Who knew.....
Nice day for a bike ride!
A 22-mile ride
Cape Cod Cranberries!
Check out each bench!
The views from the bike ride were breath-taking
